Nick Groeger

Principal

Nick brings over two decades of experience across both general contracting and commercial development. At Taurus, he oversees operations, client strategy, and high-level project execution. Nick’s background includes complex interiors as well as Class A office environments, making him especially well-suited for fast-paced, design-forward projects. He’s a LEED AP and holds a B.S. in Construction Management from CSU. Nick’s collaborative leadership helps drive success on projects and informs his client-first approach.

David Ellena

Principal

With over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Dave brings a craftsman’s attention to detail and a leader’s mindset to every project. As a principal at Taurus, he plays an active role in field execution and quality control, ensuring each build meets the high standards our clients expect. Dave’s leadership is central to the success of tenant buildouts, and he is deeply committed to delivering a refined, relationship-driven experience on every project.
