Challenge/Results: Flexibility and creativity are essential to addressing unforeseen issues on any project, but especially in older buildings, where the existing conditions – from the location of plumbing to the age of elements – can present challenges. In this case, we were able to strategize solutions and deliver an exceptional result that was faithful to the design intent.
