Challenge/Results:

Delivering Aviano’s vision within a dense city environment meant navigating the logistical challenges that come with tight site constraints. With an active hotel operating above the space, our team worked within strict noise restrictions and coordinated closely to manage material deliveries and staging with minimal disruption to daily operations. 

A key feature of the build involved modifying the curtain wall to install three large overhead doors, transforming the footprint and allowing for a natural connection between the interior café space and its outdoor patio. The result is a bright, open coffee shop that invites natural light and movement throughout. 

With its indoor-outdoor flow and expansive glazing, the space feels airy and connected. Every detail was executed to support both the rhythm of the neighborhood and the energy of Aviano’s brand, creating a gathering place that feels elevated yet easygoing in the heart of the city.
