Dear Emilia

PROJECT INFORMATION

Project Type: Restaurant Tenant Improvement (First Generation)

Location: River North Building, 3615 Delgany St., Denver, CO

Square Footage: 3,100 SF

Scope: Full buildout of first-generation restaurant space

Challenge/Results:

Located within the River North building, Dear Emilia transforms a first-generation shell space into a warm, design-forward dining environment that blends sculptural architecture with refined hospitality design. Delivering the space required careful coordination with base building conditions to execute a complex commercial kitchen layout while maintaining clean circulation between the service areas and the dining room.

The centerpiece of the restaurant is a series of intersecting barrel-vaulted arches that rhythmically frame the dining space and window line. Along with our trade partners, we executed precise framing, coordination of lighting, mechanical systems, millwork and finishes to maintain the seamless curvature of the ceilings. Custom banquettes integrated along the floor-to-ceiling windows, polished concrete floors and a high-end millwork package create a cohesive interior palette of warm tones and natural materials. The result is a striking yet intimate restaurant environment that anchors a new culinary destination in RiNo.
