Project type: Conversion of an existing residential building into a high-end bar.

Location: 227 N Clayton Street, Denver CO

Square footage: 1705 sf

Scope: Demolition of all interior finishes and walls, reframing roof structure, new floor framing with lower elevation, bar, millwork, banquette seating, new restrooms, kitchen and cold storage.

Challenge/Results: While obtaining permits and following ever-evolving public health and safety requirements during the pandemic presented timing challenges, the project was still completed months before the bar was able to open to patrons once pandemic restrictions were relaxed.
