Scope: Provided turnkey tenant space on the entire fourth floor of a new six-story office building in Cherry Creek.
Challenge/Results: We started construction in the space before the building core and shell work was completed, requiring close collaboration with the building contractor and city inspectors. The office provides Forum employees, clients and guests a warm and inviting space that features a wide array of high-end finishes, including wood slat ceilings, a hidden bookcase door, and a large amenity area with stunning mountain views and a distinctive focal point in the form of a vapor fireplace.
