Scope: Fullfloor, first-generation office tenant improvement buildout.

Challenge/Results: Working on the top floor of a new office building presents unique challenges. Achieving our client’s vision amidst numerous constraints required meticulous coordination between MEP subcontractors, engineers, and the design team. Delivering this project on schedule required extensive planning – including managing long lead times for highend finishes and state-of-the-art technology throughout the space. Key features of the space include a large entertaining area complete with a bar and gas fireplace, multiple breakout/lounge areas, spacious private offices, and an outdoor patio with stunning views of the Front Range.
