Scope: Remodeled entire office space including lobby, to private offices, shared working areas, conference rooms and kitchenette.

Challenge/Results: Working within a building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, we were careful and meticulous in our restoration of existing elements – from tuckpointing historic brick to revealing and refinishing structural columns. Our careful execution helped to seamlessly marry the charm of the historic space with the modern design and newly open layout.
