Challenge/Results: Located on the ground level of Denver’s Novel RiNo multifamily community, Magna Kainan is a first-generation restaurant space designed and operated by the Culinary Creative Group. The upscale venue emphasizes quality materials and unique architectural features, including high-end flooring details, a dramatic rope lighting feature in the private dining room, and extensive custom millwork.

Working within an occupied multifamily building creates several challenges, the chief of which is sound isolation. In this instance, we were able to install a specialized sound ceiling to protect residents from the noise of a lively restaurant.  Drawing on our expertise in managing high-stakes infrastructure and logistics for hospitality clients, Taurus delivered a seamless execution, resulting in a polished, highly functional space for both the community and the restaurant operator.
