Scope: Provided turnkey space on the fifth floor shared by three tenants in new six-story office building in Cherry Creek.

Challenge/Results: This office space includes two separate entrances and common areas, which required ingenuity and extensive coordination to create the necessary separation for each tenant while making the overall space feel cohesive.
