Scope: Renovated a former restaurant space with full interior tenant improvements.

Challenge/Results: As one of Denver’s most anticipated restaurants of 2023, our goal was to deliver a bright, clean and minimal space that was both beautifully executed and simple enough to let Sap Sua’s best feature shine: its award-winning menu. By collaborating with the owners, setting realistic expectations and identifying opportunities for efficiencies early on, we kept the project on track without exceeding Sap Sua’s budget. Due to other proximate businesses, this project additionally required careful coordination to minimize disturbance to neighboring tenants. The result is a space that has quickly become beloved in the neighborhood.
