Transforming a compact suite into a serene, high-end medical aesthetics spa, this complete first-generation buildout required thoughtful planning and precision execution from start to finish. With a tight footprint and no on-site storage, the project demanded meticulous coordination and sequencing among trades to maintain a seamless workflow and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship. Every detail, like the refined finishes and the carefully balanced lighting, was intentionally curated to reflect the brand’s emphasis on comfort and care. 

The finished space is a sophisticated yet welcoming environment that feels luxurious and personal, setting the tone for Teo Aesthetics’ elevated approach to wellness and beauty.
