Xiquita

PROJECT INFORMATION

Project type: Restaurant Interior Renovation

Location: Denver, CO (Uptown Neighborhood)

Square footage: 3,000 SF

Scope: Interior renovation, transforming an existing restaurant space.

Challenge/Results: Creating the new home for the Mexico City-inspired Xiquita restaurant in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood entailed a carefully coordinated interior refresh of an existing restaurant space. Working with the vision from the team at Regular Architecture, Taurus transformed the restaurant’s existing nautical-themed blue epoxy flooring into a dark, moody, and modern industrial aesthetic warmed up by vibrant greenery, creating an instantly memorable guest experience.

This project called for precise coordination with the architect, designer, and furniture vendors to ensure timely execution and alignment with the client’s budget. Using humble materials executed with precision, we were able to deliver a high-design look while maximizing cost-effectiveness. Beyond executing the design vision, our team was able to address some critical infrastructure issues, including fixing leaking pipes from the floor above. Most importantly for the operator, our team delivered this project on schedule and budget.
