This six-story, Class A office building is located in the highly desirable Cherry Creek neighborhood. The 11,566-square-foot office for Forum Investment Group on the entire fourth floor offers employees, clients and guests a warm and inviting space that features a wide array of high-end finishes, including wood slat ceilings, a hidden bookcase door, and a large amenity area with stunning mountain views and a distinctive focal point in the form of a vapor fireplace.
Morenergy Exploration Co.’s fifth-floor office encompasses 3,708 square feet. Shared by three tenants, this office space includes two separate entrances and common areas, which required some ingenuity in dividing the space while making it feel cohesive.
BMC Investments, the developer behind the project, has been at the forefront of defining Cherry Creek North, helping to create a high-end, mini-urban community where people can live, work, shop and play without needing to be in the downtown urban core.
