The tenant spaces at 240 St. Paul range from approximately 2,500 to a full floor of 11,500 square feet and feature customized layouts and high-end finishes to complement the building’s state-of-the-art design and amenities.

Occupying the building’s entire fourth floor, Forum Investment Group’s 11,566-square-foot home office creates a warm, inviting space to welcome clients, employees and guests. Construction kicked off in June and will feature high-end finishes including wood slat ceiling details, a hidden bookcase door, and a large clubroom amenity area with stunning mountain views and a distinctive vapor fireplace as the focal point. The space is on schedule to deliver in early November.
