Taurus Builders, a Denver-based full-service commercial construction firm, is working on three tenant spaces at the highly anticipated 240 St. Paul, a six-story, 83,594-square-foot class A office building developed by BMC Investments. BMC has been at the forefront of defining Cherry Creek North, helping to create a high-end, mini-urban community where people can live, work, shop, and play without needing to be in the downtown urban core. The tenant spaces at 240 St. Paul range from approximately 2,500 to a full floor of 11,500 square feet and feature customized layouts and high-end finishes to complement the building’s state-of-the-art design and amenities.

“There’s no one-size-fits-all approach with something like 240 St. Paul. We’re bringing a personal touch to each of these projects to help them stand out,” said David Ellena, principal at Taurus Builders. “We’re working closely with each client to meet their vastly different goals and scopes, while maintaining the standard for quality construction and design of the building. It’s all in the details.”

Occupying the building’s entire fourth floor, Forum Investment Group’s 11,566-square-foot home office creates a warm, inviting space to welcome clients, employees and guests. Construction kicked off in June and will feature high-end finishes including wood slat ceiling details, a hidden bookcase door, and a large clubroom amenity area with stunning mountain views and a distinctive vapor fireplace as the focal point. The space is on schedule to deliver in early November.
